The Oregon Training Institute is an IREC-accredited training provider, BPI approved Test Center, and sole holder of the Residential Energy Analyst Program (REA) personnel certification standard.

For the past 40 years OTI's network, comprised of member agencies, state and tribal governments, utilities, businesses, and non-profits, has worked hard for our friends and neighbors around the state. The HEP Quality Control Inspector QCI Prep Course was one of the best professional programs I’ve taken. The instructor took time to go deeper when I needed help, and we worked through details that can show up in the field. After passing both the trainings and exams, I felt ready to perform as a QCI the next day.

I greatly appreciate Oregon Training Institute's instructors for delivering a comprehensive Healthy Home Evaluator course. Their expertise and clear delivery made complex concepts easy to understand. I walked away with a deeper appreciation and understanding of how to evaluate and prioritize more effectively. Keep up the great work!

"I found the training to be helpful. Lara was patient and thorough. In comparing her written script to BPI's direction for combustion testing, I discovered that she was able to synthesize their materials and reduce them into easier, more comprehensible steps. I hope to attend a training with her in the future."
